Having grown up with horses, I always wanted to have a job that somehow involved them.
On leaving school, I studied saddlery for two years at Capel Manor College, gaining my C&G level 1 and 2 skills tests. After that I went on to complete my apprenticeship with Pointings of Bath, Saddlery, where I achieved Qualified Saddler status. I worked there for eight years and gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience which I now want to utilise under my own name.
The precise skills and techniques that I have gained in the saddlery trade transfer into every item I craft. My goal is to create beautiful items that are aesthetically pleasing, hard wearing and that will last a lifetime. The same high standards apply to all repair work.
